ACCOMMODATION Gweld-y-Môr sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms: 1 king size (twin on request) and 1 double Bedroom 1: king size bed (can be amended to a twin on request), bedside drawers, reading lights, wardrobe, console table, mirror Bedroom 2: double bed, bedside drawers, reading lights, wardrobe, mirror Bathroom: bath with shower over, wash basin, WC Open plan sitting and dining room: Sitting area: two 2-seater sofas, armchair, reading lamp, 42” Smart TV, panoramic sea views Dining area: dining table with seating for 4 Kitchen: gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster, kettle, panoramic sea views OUTSIDE The property is set back from the road with a lawn and shrubs providing a natural divide, and a sunny patio area. To the rear of the property the large balcony is accessed from the sitting room with outdoor table and beautiful sea views. Private parking for up to 2 cars on the driveway (quite steep) or level parking on roadside adjacent to property. KEY FACTS - Bed linen and towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels - Travel cot and highchair available. Please bring your own cot bedding - Gas central heating - Free WiFi - One well-behaved dog free of charge - No smoking - £150 refundable damages deposit Other things to note Pre arrival - Saundersfoot does have a train station, however it is not served well by taxis. Therefore, we suggest you use Tenby train station. Taxis and buses are available from there and it is a similar distance from each train station. - Mobile phone reception is good - Free WiFi Arrival and car parking - Guests are able to park outside the property, but the drive is quite steep, there is level parking adjacent to the property. It is a cul-de-sac which is quiet with no through traffic. - The property does have outside light and also a handrail along the sloping drive. Inside - Our king size room is large enough for a travel cot and has a second TV. Outside - The seaside balcony has a table and seating for 4 and to the front of the house we do have a bench. - The balcony is on the first floor but secure with railings. - To the right of the property there is a large porch which also provides space for wellies, walking boots, wetsuits etc - Two steps take you up to the front door, there is a separate kitchen door also accessible via two steps.
