Little Acorn Cottage is a fully self-contained, one-bedroom annexe in large grounds in a beautiful, rural location with fabulous view of the Malvern Hills a quiet peaceful location for those wanting to fully relax. The local countryside is great for walking, road or mountain biking. Within 10 minutes are the pretty market town of Ledbury, Eastnor Castle. Great Malvern and the Three Counties Show-ground are 20 minutes and Cheltenham - There is a wonderful Pub in walking distance . The space Little Acorn Cottage is an Annex which has one bedroom with a luxury king size bed, with anti-allergy bedding. There is plenty of hanging and storage space. The ensuite bathroom has large shower style, level-access shower. The main living space has a kitchen area equipped with everything you need to self-cater, including a coffee maker, induction hob, oven, fridge and freezer & microwave. The seating area has a three-seater sofa and arm chair and smart TV. Outside is a private patio with table and four chairs, hose pipe for washing off Wellies or walking boots or muddy doggie. The patio for the cottage is fenced in especially for those bringing a dog. There is a log burner we can supply logs on request £20 per large basket full or you can supply your own. Guest access Guests have their own private access, parking for two cars if necessary. Their own private access to the annex. Private gateway that leads straight onto a quiet public right of way with great off road walking. The walk is along the old Hereford to Gloucester Canal Tow Path, straight to the Oak at Staplow, wise to book pub in advance if you wish to eat. Other things to note Dogs Please let us know prior to booking if you wish to bring a dog no larger than a springer spaniel, only 1 dog. We do have a cat but Teddy tends to stay away from annex as he is mindful of strange dogs. Patio area is fenced off and there is a direct access onto Public Right of Way to walk your dog. There is a hose outside to wash your furry friend off after lovely walks, please bring your own dog towel and bedding. Please do not let you dog on the sofa or bed. Thank you.
