Welcome to your waterfront getaway on Maryland’s Eastern Shore! Overlooking serene Cox Creek, this freshly renovated home offers the perfect blend of comfort and coastal charm. Enjoy your morning coffee on the private pier, unwind in the spacious backyard, or curl up indoors in one of three cozy bedrooms. The home comfortably sleeps six guests with a queen bed, full bed, and two twin beds. A smart TV for all of your streaming needs. We recommend having your own vehicle here. Uber/Lyft options are extremely minimal and sometimes completely unavailable in this area. We are very close to several wedding venues: • Chesapeake Bay Beach Club- 3mi away • Kent Island Resort- 4mi • Hyatt Place Kent Narrows & Marina- 4mi • Cascia Vineyards & Winery- 6mi • Prospect Bay Country Club- 9mi • Silver Swan Bayside- 9.2mi Quiet hours are from 9pm-8am. We are looking to host respectful, quiet and easy-going guests on our property. This is a family friendly neighborhood and we expect our guests to be respectful of that. Cats are not allowed, however we do accept dogs (up to 2). We do not supply an unlimited amount of household cleaning products/supplies/toiletries. We provide a few starter supplies for each group (usually enough for a two-three night stay). Guests are responsible for providing their own for the rest of their stay. 10 minutes away from the summertime dock bars/outdoor dining such as The Jetty, Fisherman’s Crab Deck, Red Eye’s Dock Bar, Kentmorr Restaurant/Dirty Dave’s Tiki Bar, Big Owl Tiki Bar, Fisherman’s Inn Restaurant, Bridge’s Restaurant, The Narrows Restaurant & Harris Crab House. Guest access Guest will receive a 4-digit access code for the front door of the house prior to check in. There are three doors to get in and out of the house (front door, side door, and back sliding door. Guests are able to lock all doors internally, but only gain access in and out of the house via the front door with the electric door code. *PLEASE NOTE: Do NOT lock the bottom door handle on the front door when you leave. ONLY lock the electric lock. To lock the door, simply touch the touch screen and then touch the lock icon. You will hear the lock slide into place. To unlock the door, touch the touch screen and then enter your 4-digit code. The door will unlock after the code has been entered.
