It features a very spacious living room with an open, fully equipped kitchen, a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. A sunny balcony is accessible from both the living room and the kitchen. All bedrooms are tastefully decorated in the style of the house. In the basement, there is a shared ski room with shoe dryers. The chalet also has its own sauna. Parking is possible directly at the house. In both summer and winter, Mühlbach am Hochkönig, part of the UNESCO Geopark "Ore of the Alps", is an ideal starting point for your vacation! Numerous opportunities for mountain biking, golfing, hiking, glacier skiing, paragliding and relaxing can be found in the immediate vicinity. In winter, the slopes of the snow-sure ski resort Hochkönig, with more than 120 kilometers of slopes and countless picturesque mountain huts, can be reached in just a few minutes by car. The family-friendly and smaller ski resorts Hinterreit and Hochkeil also offer a special charm. In summer, the outdoor swimming pools of Mühlbach and Maria Alm, the Zeller See in Zell am See and the Goldegger See invite you for a refreshing dip! Directly in the village, you will find numerous shops for your daily groceries and a wide selection of restaurants. The state capital of Salzburg can be reached by car in about an hour.
