Small cozy independent accommodation. Nestled in a green setting in a quiet location, ideal for a quiet break. Enjoy the multiple spaces on the terraces, vegetable garden or in the shade of the centuries-old oaks and views of the mountains or fields that evolve over the seasons. The village of Garlin is 3 km away with cinema and outdoor swimming pool in summer plus the necessary services. Located 15 mm from Eugenie les Bains and Aire sur l'Adour, 35 mm from Pau, 3 km from Gers. The space The bedroom is located in the outbuilding facing the main house. This room has been completely renovated. It is 14 m2 + a bathroom that is separated by a sliding door. It is a ground floor overlooking palm trees and pink laurels on the hacienda. The bathroom is bright with windows. The room is bathed in morning sun, curtains and shutters and mosquito nets installed. There is also a furnished office area. Small, more intimate terrace on the west side for the evening. A dining table under the oaks. This summer a small summer kitchen will be arranged in front of the bedroom under the terrace with a minimum of basics: small hob, cooler, cutlery, kettle, coffee maker... Guest access You can use a small, more intimate terrace overlooking the sunset and the wooden chalet or eat on the central table of the hacienda or the one in the shade under the oaks. The hacienda is the common area, so no worries about running into each other! During your stay I will mostly be on site, but you can contact me on my mobile in case of absence. Other things to note I'm renovating my house so I'm doing some DIY, gardening, in short you can run into me! I can chat with you with pleasure or leave you alone without worries.
