K15 Cozy, Unique & Spacious 3-Room Apartment with Balcony or Single Room by LIPA
Description
Welcome to the heart of Karlsruhe! You’re staying in a freshly renovated three-room apartment overlooking the lively Passagehof. The area around you is full of life and has EVERYTHING you need :) Supermarkets, drugstores, a shopping mall, a bouldering gym, fitness studios, parking garages, the KIT university, public transport, and more. Above and below the apartment there are doctors' offices, so it’s usually quiet in the evenings and on weekends. The space You’ll be staying in a spacious three-room apartment on the second floor of the building. Access is easy via a key box at the entrance. The apartment has a bright bathroom with natural light, featuring 3 sinks, a shower, and a washing machine. There are also two separate guest toilets for your convenience. The kitchen opens onto a large, sunny east-facing balcony – perfect for enjoying breakfast. It’s fully equipped and also contains a cabinet with cleaning supplies. (Please handle all items in the apartment with care – thank you!) Each lockable bedroom has a king-size bed with two separate 90x200 cm mattresses, waterproof covers, and soft hotel-quality bed linen. You’ll also have a desk, comfortable seating, storage for your clothes, and a TV. Out of consideration for other guests, the TV volume is limited. Guest access Check-in is self-service. You’ll get the key from a key box located at the entrance of the building. The apartment can be entered either with the key or a code. Your room is also lockable. You’ll receive all access details 1–2 days before your arrival. Other things to note Proper waste separation is very important in Germany – especially in Karlsruhe – so we kindly ask you to follow the signs and separate your trash accordingly. If the bins get too full, just let us know – we’ll do our best to take care of it for you. The apartment is equipped with a Nuki Smart Lock system and can be accessed via a code. You’ll either receive the code by message before your arrival, or we’ll send you info on how to enter with a regular key. In any case, when you leave the apartment, you can simply press the button on the panel outside and the door will lock automatically. For security reasons, the door also locks itself automatically at 11:00 PM – but no worries: you can always unlock it by pressing the button or just turning the knob manually. It’s just an extra safety measure.
