The space This ground floor one-bedroom apartment benefits from its own private entrance and includes a dedicated parking space directly in front of the property. - Guests can arrive at their own leisure (check in after 3pm, and check out by 10am). - There is a key safe located at the property - There is a doorbell incase you have any issues accessing the property. The accommodation features a bright open-plan kitchen, lounge, and dining area, fully equipped with modern white goods including a washing machine and fridge freezer. Welcome drinks can be found in the fridge on arrival. In the lounge you will find a 32" smart TV. *Please note that the property does not have a TV licence.* However you can access most applications (like Netflix, Prime and catch up TV - itv hub, channel 4) instead. The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed with two side tables and lamps, accompanied by wardrobe space, an ironing board, and iron. The bathroom includes a large bath with an overhead shower, ideal for both relaxing and convenience. All towels and linen are supplied to you during your stay. Hosts are on hand to help should you require anything during your stay! Guest access The whole property is available for your personal or business use.
