With lots of wood, light, and a great view of the treetops, “Forsthaus Apartment 3” is a wonderful retreat for couples, solo travelers, or two people who just need some peace and quiet. Covering around 35 m², you will find everything you need for a relaxing stay: a cozy living room/bedroom with a double bed, TV, and sitting area, plus a small, bright kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and kettle. The large bathroom is modernly equipped with a shower, toilet, and hairdryer. The apartment is allergy-friendly, non-smoking, and ideal for guests who like it uncomplicated and quiet. You can just run – through the colorful deciduous forest, over small paths, past old trees. If you like it more active: In winter, the Rambergloipe starts right by the house – ideal for cross-country skiing and beautiful winter hikes. There is plenty to discover in the area: the Devil's Wall, the Rosstrappe or Falkenstein Castle are easy to reach by car. Places such as Wernigerode, Blankenburg or Quedlinburg are also worthwhile – with their old towns, half-timbered houses and cozy cafes. Just a few kilometers away, Thale with the Harzer Bergtheater, the Hexentanzplatz and the cable car is a real experience – especially for Walpurgisnacht. And if you're in the mood for a special experience, take the Brockenbahn, an old steam locomotive, to the highest peak of the Harz.
