Come and discover this spacious, fully air-conditioned 180 m² house, ideal for large families or groups of friends. It is a family home, and the place is in a green and peaceful setting where parties and celebrations are forbidden. Please respect everyone's peace and quiet by avoiding excessive noise after 10 PM (parties, loud music, shouting, etc.). The space This house has a fully equipped kitchen with double oven and double dishwasher, perfect for large groups. Enjoy a lounge/living room to unwind. With its 7 bedrooms, including 4 suites with private bathroom and toilet, and its capacity to accommodate 15 people. This house offers comfort and a friendly atmosphere. Outdoor improvements are underway, so some parts of the outdoor areas may not be identical to the photos in the listing. 7-meter-long swim spa with a 6-seat hot tub at 38 degrees and a heated lap pool at 26.5 degrees Please note that the pool is not heated between October 30 and March 12. The outdoor pool has been replaced by the swim spa. New in October 2026: Opening of a games room upstairs (climbing wall, pool table, foosball table, darts, swing, children's play mat). You can enjoy the space before it opens in October, but there may be a little dust due to the work.
