You will be at: 20 min from the airport 5 minutes from Farmatodo 5 minutes from the shopping mall (Costa del Sol) 3 min supermarket 2 minutes from Karting and Bowling 10 minutes from the Cinta Costera (amusement park, casino, gastronomy) Other things to note Guest identification will be requested prior to arrival to allow access to Ritasol. The apartment is fully functional, but power outages and failures in contracted services may occur that harm us and are beyond our control. We DO not have a power plant The water is constant and comes from the building's tank. If there is rationing it would be due to major causes and unrelated to our will. Guests must comply with building and pool rules. Otherwise the reservation will be canceled, the money will not be refunded and there could be penalties. The utensils and furniture inside the apartment are for exclusive use and must not be removed from the property. In case of misplacing or causing any damage to an object or in the apartment, you must replenish it or cover it with 100% of its value. No smoking allowed inside the apartment. On Monday the pool is closed for maintenance.
