Welcome to beautiful Waterview at Bay Point! This new villa is a great getaway for individuals or the entire family. This new construction 3 bedroom unit is neat and clean and ready to host your Vacationland getaway retreat which includes an in unit laundry and attached one car garage. A great place to relax after enjoying area attractions! The space This gorgeous villa is practically brand new with three large bedrooms, including one with a bunkbed (twin over full and a trundle), (it sleeps four), one with a queen bed, and the primary with a king bed and en suite. The large open kitchen, dining and living area is a great space for friends and family to gather. The kitchen seats eight comfortably and has eight place settings. A coffee machine will greet you on those vacation mornings. The front deck is a great spot to hang out and includes patio furniture for relaxing. An active bald eagle nest is within view of the deck. The clubhouse is 100 feet away and includes a pool, lounges, workout area and saunas. Cedar Point can be seen from Waterview and is a short 30 minute car ride or 10 minute boat ride away. The Lake Erie Island ferry boats are also very close, the ferries can take you to Put in Bay and Kelly’s island. Around the corner is the most photographed lighthouse in the Great Lakes, the Marblehead lighthouse. Find yourself shopping and dining at the quaint downtown Marblehead.
