Maisonette apartment with balcony, double bed, standard bed and sofa bed. The stairs are a beautiful feature of the apartment. Enjoy coffee or tea on the balcony. The living room has a TV with Apple TV+. The kitchen is fully equipped with both a dishwasher and an induction hob. There's also a coffee machine. There's a minibar in the fridge. Towels and a hairdryer are available in the bathroom. Our apartments are self-service, access to all accommodation areas is only by code after payment of the reservation. The space It is a large family house after renovation, where there are 4 separate apartments. Two on the elevated ground floor and two duplexes. Everything is fully equipped and suitable for families with children. In the garden there is a new playground for children under 12 years old, for the older ones there is a ping-pong table. There are a lot of board games in the common room. For adults, there is a beer pipe (we can provide beer) and a projection screen for football matches. The property is guarded by cameras with recording and is completely fenced. In the case of using the pool, it is a matter of course to cover the pool, which in the event of an accident will keep the child or animal above the water (polycarbonate cover on the control) In the city center it is possible to shop, ride a bike to the nearby river or to the water castle and then safely lock the bikes in the bicycle room.
