The apartment's interior space is for the exclusive use of the guest(s) who rented it. 2.2- Parking - The apartment has parking for 1 vehicle, which must be parked in one of the spaces marked on the ground, as shown in the photo sent by message, without disturbing the maneuvering area of the vehicles of the other apartments. The courtyard is shared with the other apartments in the condominium, so respect the space designated for each vehicle. 2.3-Appliances and furniture - ROOM has 1 double bed, 1 closet, full-length mirror and air conditioning - we provide bedding, bath and light blanket *bedding for the sofa must be requested 3 hours before check-in time; LIVING ROOM with television with open TVs and Netflix, 1 double sofa bed and we can provide 1 single mattress (free and upon request). KITCHEN has a sink, faucet with two controls - filtered and unfiltered water, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, sandwich maker, 4-burner cooktop, kitchen utensils. BATHROOM has a shower with glass box, sink, toilet and washer and dryer. WI-FI available in the apartment 3- HOW TO GET THE KEY - Check-in and check-out times on the listing screen. Only digital keys (passwords) are used to access the property. Just use the passwords sent in the app message. We ask that you watch the video sent, as we have already received more than 800 guests and all of them had 100% of their questions answered after watching the video. The password is only sent at check-in time, as passwords are changed when the cleaning lady leaves. Check-out - At the end of the stay, just turn off appliances and air conditioning, collect the garbage and leave it in the black drum in the courtyard, wash, dry and store the used dishes or pay the extra cleaning fee, close the apartment. NOTE - Whenever you leave the property, the appliances and air conditioning must be turned off to avoid electrical problems, short circuits, overload or fire. 4- CHANGE OF SCHEDULE - Consultation and approval required Check-in and check-out times can be adjusted depending on guests' needs, property availability, and cleaning staff. Approval is required. Each hour added will cost 10% of the daily rate. The change is confirmed after sending the PIX receipt (contact to receive the code for sending). Make sure you've booked for the number of people who will be using the property, as there is a fee per guest. This service is free. The maid does not clean, dry and organize dishes, utensils or appliances, as she serves several properties and does not have free time for other cleaning. It is the guest's responsibility to wash, dry and store the dishes used and clean the appliances used. If you do not want to clean, you must notify us, and we will call a cleaning lady who will do the service and charge a fee of R$ 60.00 for travel and cleaning. When the maid arrives and finds dirty items or items on the counter that were not reported, she sends photos and we call the cleaning lady, and soon after we send the charge to the guest through Airbnb. 8- COMMUNICATION WITH HOST Airbnb gives you 24 hours to respond to messages. We aim to respond in less than 30 minutes during business hours. After booking confirmation, the contact phone number is available. If you need immediate assistance, please call, as due to other work and/or family routines we are not always online. 9- HOUSE RULES *Maximum 4 guests *Pets are allowed, but ALWAYS accompanied by their guardians - *Pets are not allowed to be left alone in the property if the owner leaves. *Quiet hours 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. - If you have problems with noise from neighbors, call us. *No visitors, parties or events are allowed. Only guests access the property, and if you authorize access to third parties, you will be charged. *Smoking prohibited *Use of the electrical network for purposes other than hosting (charging electric vehicles or other devices in the vehicle) is not allowed, as there is no technical inspection for this and it violates property and safety rules. *No vehicle may be left outside the parking space or more than 1 space may be used without authorization. *Wash, dry and store used dishes, utensils and appliances or contact us to pay the cleaning lady.
