Small country house "Armor des Terres"

This old farmhouse was completely renovated in 2014. In 2024, we further improved it so you can have a quiet stay in the heart of the Breton countryside. You will be 2 steps from the magnificent site "La Vallée des Saints" where the granite giants reign. I would love to share with you the surroundings that are full of curiosities. This accommodation is a real base for discovering Brittany on the land side, but also on the sea side, since it is located at most 1 hour from the coast. The space In the single room downstairs the space is separated into 3 areas: kitchen, dining room and living room. As an annex to the ground floor, an equipped laundry room allows access to a bathroom with toilet. Upstairs, a "dry toilet" toilet overlooks the landing. On both sides, 2 bedrooms consisting of 4 beds each. Bedroom 1 is equipped with 3 beds: - 1 bed 200 X 160 - 1 bed 200 X 90 - 1 bed 190 X 80. Bedroom 2 (right) is equipped with 3 beds: -1 bed 200X160 - 2 twin beds 200 X 80. Linens, sheets, pillow, small towel, large towel and glove are provided for each person. No extra charge for cleaning, which is the responsibility of the users. In the outdoor shed, 14 lounge chairs with mellotoned seating, a large modular lounge table, a 4x3m parasol, a barbecue (firelighter provided/charcoal not provided) and a set of Breton puck and pétanque are at your disposal for convivial moments outdoors. Inside a functional wood-burning stove is installed. Wood is provided as an option (request by message). In addition to a classic coffee machine, a Nespresso is at your disposal, remember to bring your pods. Many ideas for tourist discoveries in the area are shown in the "Garden" section. Nature lovers, you will be able to enjoy yourselves! Guest access The entire house is accessible (no condemned room, only a sideboard in the kitchen, a small storage room in bedroom 1 and locker doors in the laundry room). The shed (under padlock) is accessible for the storage of your bikes for example. The hangar and stone outbuilding are private and closed places. Other things to note Inside the house a functional wood-burning stove is installed. Wood is optional (€10 per fire): request it by message before your arrival.
