27 m2 room, separate entrance, private garden

Welcome to our home! We offer a large cozy room of 27 m², beautifully decorated and designed for your comfort. It has two double beds, ideal for 4 people (possibility to exceptionally accommodate up to 5/6 guests upon prior request). 👉 Absolute calm, green setting and total privacy: perfect for recharging your batteries, teleworking or taking a break between trips. The space 🏡 My place You will stay in a spacious and cozy room of 27 m², accessible by a private staircase from the parking lot. Check-in is done independently with a secure key box, but I am always available to welcome you and remain at your disposal during your stay. ✨ Your room Two comfortable double beds Thoughtfully designed homes and a warm atmosphere Linen included (please let me know your towel needs so that everything is ready on arrival) 🛁 Dedicated bathroom Usually shared, it is fully reserved for guests during their stay. It includes: bathtub, toilet, sink, as well as basic toiletries available. 🌿 Outdoor spaces A covered terrace with small table, refrigerator, microwave and Senseo coffee machine (pods provided). Garden furniture to enjoy the view and the great outdoors. A private garden of about 200 to 300 m² just for you. Optional: a jacuzzi available (bookable 48 hours in advance, with surcharge – see house rules). 🍽️ Small practical extras Possibility of providing dishes, glasses and cutlery free of charge on request. Limited cellular network, but Wi-Fi keeps you connected. 🌸 The setting You will be immersed in a green and peaceful environment, where only the sounds of nature will disturb your tranquility. Whether it's raining, windy or snowing, you can always get a breath of fresh air in any season, comfortably seated under the sheltered terrace to enjoy your coffee or breakfast. Guest access 🚪 Guest access Your arrival is easy from your private parking space, located just in front of my garage. A straight and private staircase leads you directly to a gate and your garden plot, where the sheltered terrace and the entrance to your room are located. I will be there to welcome you, hand you the keys and give you a short guided tour of the accommodation, in order to show you in particular the bathroom which, although not adjoining the room, is entirely reserved for you during your stay. In case of arrival in my absence, a secure key box is also available to pick up your keys independently. During your stay 🤝 Availability I am mainly on site and available anytime for my guests. 📞 You can easily reach me by phone for any questions or needs. 🌙 In the event of an emergency, I am available day or night. Whether it's a health concern, an unforeseen event or simply a need for assistance. My goal is to make you feel welcome, reassured and supported throughout your stay ❤️. Other things to note 👟 For everyone's comfort, overshoes are available to you. Please use them inside the room: this helps to keep the space clean and pleasant for everyone ✨. 🥤 Facilities available: 🧊 A refrigerator 🔥 A microwave ☕ A Senseo machine for your coffee breaks 🛁 The jacuzzi is accessible as an option, only by reservation. I follow very strict health rules: it is emptied, disinfected, then refilled with rebalanced treatment after each use ✅. It takes time and real care, so the time slots are limited. 💶 Rates: €20 for 1 hour €30 for a maximum of 2 hours 🌙✨ This is an opportunity to enjoy a good time relaxing under the stars, in healthy and comfortable conditions.
