The space Cozy renovated apartment for 5 in the heart of Xerta – Perfect for families Welcome to our apartment, a spacious, bright, and recently renovated space, lovingly updated and located on the second floor of a century-old house in the main square of Xerta. It’s a quiet and peaceful spot, with no neighbors on the same floor – perfect for disconnecting and enjoying the natural surroundings. The apartment has three bedrooms: • One with two single beds that can be joined to make a comfortable double bed. This room also includes toys for children, making it a fun and welcoming space for little ones. • A second bedroom with a double bed. • A third bedroom with a single bed. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests, making it ideal for families, couples, or small groups of friends. The open-plan living-dining-kitchen area is cozy and welcoming, decorated with wooden furniture and parquet flooring throughout, which adds warmth and comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: oven, microwave, coffee maker, cooking utensils, and more. You’ll find air conditioning, fans in all rooms, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a television. The full bathroom includes a shower, towels, a hairdryer, and essential toiletries. We also provide a foldable baby bathtub, and since we live on the ground floor with our two small daughters, we can offer all kinds of baby or child equipment if needed. We’re always available to help or offer local tips, while respecting your privacy. Other things to note The apartment is located right in the center of the village, in Xerta’s main square, next to the pharmacy and two local bars with terraces – perfect for a drink or a casual dinner. The village church is also just a few steps away. There is usually free parking available just 20 meters away, and the primary healthcare center is only 30 meters from the apartment. Xerta has everything you need for your stay: a supermarket, a smaller grocery shop, and a bakery-café with fresh bread daily, as well as typical pastries and sweets. There’s also a Michelin-starred restaurant, offering an exceptional dining experience. In summer, the village has municipal swimming pools, perfect for families. There’s also a bar-restaurant at the pool, where you can enjoy a relaxed informal dinner. The Val de Zafán Greenway runs through the village – a completely flat path ideal for walking or cycling, even with children. Bike rentals are available, as well as a nearby equestrian center, and the Ebro River adds a natural charm to the surroundings. Xerta is a quiet, safe, flat rural village, perfect to explore both day and night. Its strategic location makes it easy to visit Terres de l’Ebre, the Ebro Delta, the Ports Natural Park, and more.
