Ground floor comprises a spacious lounge, dining room and fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast area. There is also an internal patio and small guest-toilet close to the kitchen. Perfect for summer holiday rental or golf players, our house is 400m from the Cañada Golf Club and under ten minute's drive from the beach and Sotogrande with it's marina, restaurants and bars, tennis, horse riding club... Also a must for polo (and horse) lovers, with several polo fields and regular tournaments where some of the best players play. A few minute's drive from the N340 (E-15) allows easy access to Gibraltar (20 min) and the beautiful villages of Andalusia. Tarifa is only 40 minutes drive away, with it's beautiful beaches and windy coasts for surfers & kite surfers. In the winter, it is also possible to ski in the beautiful resort of the Sierra Nevada by Granada, which is 2 1/2 hours away. Closest airports are Gibraltar (20 min), Malaga and Jerez - both at an hour's drive.
