The space Our homestay is a thoughtfully designed, first-floor private space in central Ratnagiri — calm, clean, and perfect for both short and long stays. The property features up to 3 large AC rooms, 2 bathrooms, and a fully functional kitchen, with balconies attached to every bedroom and the air-conditioned living room. ***IMPORTANT*** To ensure a comfortable and spacious stay, room access is tailored to your group size: • 1–5 Guests: You’ll have access to: • Bedroom 1 with a king-size bed • Full Bathroom 1 • Fully-equipped Kitchen with balcony • Large Living Room with 2 single beds Every space is air-conditioned and thoughtfully designed for comfort. The bedroom and kitchen open to private balconies — perfect for tea time or fresh air. • 6–12 Guests: You’ll get everything above plus: • Bedroom 2 with queen-size bed • Full Bathroom 2 • An Open, Spacious Multi-Purpose Room (Bedroom 3), set up with floor mattresses, pillows & blankets for up to 4 guests • A massive balcony as shown in the pictures All rooms have AC and ample space to relax, sleep, or gather. All rooms are on the same floor. Our layout gives both privacy and flexibility — ideal for families, friend groups, and extended stays. 🙌 Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire first floor of the home. Based on group size, rooms are opened as follows: – 1–5 guests: Bedroom 1, Kitchen, Bathroom 1, Living Room with 2 single beds – 6–12 guests: Additional Bedroom 2, Bathroom 2, and a large AC room with mattresses for extra guests Every bedroom and kitchen includes a private balcony. You’ll also have your own entrance and 24/7 access during your stay. Other things to note • Smoking and drinking are not allowed indoors or on balconies. • Garbage must be collected in the bags provided, and rooms should be kept clean during your stay. • Washing your dishes is a priority, as we prefer to maintain a clean and hygienic environment. • Any damages, excessive cleaning, or incidents such as vomiting may incur additional charges of up to ₹2000. • Fraudulent activities or false claims will be dealt with legally.
