It has a gas grill, dining table, multiple seating options and gas fire pit overlooking the soothing creek below! It will be one of your favorite spots in the home! Upstairs: 2 Bedrooms 1-King , 1 Queen, full bath, both with smart TV's Basement: Game room w/ Pool Table and board games Theatre Room with 4 reclining chairs & 65" Smart TV Bedroom #4 King Lower deck is accessible from the game room. You will find a 5 person hot tub overlooking the creek, additional seating and wraps around to the fire pit area. You are also able to use the newly installed stairs to comfortably reach the creek where you will find a horseshoe pit and 2 swings to enjoy your morning coffee or evening night cap. Full Bath Guest access Access is via keyless entry. A check-in code will be provided 1 day prior to arrival. Other things to note Privacy: Other properties are in the neighborhood. Trash & Litter: Trash pick up service is provided on Wednesday. All trash must be bagged and placed into one of the three cans provided. Our nature friends love to make a mess when not done and the trash companies will NOT pickup loose trash. If you exceed the capacity of the trash cans before pickup it is your responsibility to remove and take to the disposal location at: GA-288, Hiawassee, GA 30546 Quiet time: Please keep your noise to a minimum between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. This includes hot tubs, fire pits, and porches, Sound travels easily in the mountains and can disturb unseen guests. Smoking Policy: This property is a NO SMOKING property of any kind.
