The apartment has two double bedrooms and a full bath. The social area, with lots of natural light thanks to its large windows, integrates the TV lounge room*, fully equipped kitchen and the dining room. Carefully equipped and decorated, the apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests. The flat is located on the Entresuelo or first floor of the building with elevator. * Please note that the TV lounge - where the double sofabed is located - doesn't have exterior rolling shutters or blackout curtains. BOOKING CONDITIONS: Local laws require us to request legal identification/passports from all our guests, both adults and childrenAt least one guest responsible for booking and staying at the property must be over 21 years old. GUEST ACCESS: Regular check-in hours: 15h - 21h. Late check-in after 21h available upon request; extra charges may apply. For your convenience, we offer an automated check-in system. There is no reception desk in the building, so it is very important that we receive your arrival time and flight number in advance to avoid delays at check-in. CHECK-OUT:Departure before 11:00 AM.
