Can accommodate up to 4 people as the lounge has a sofabed. Fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven and fridge. Modern shower and bathroom. Access outside to the small paddock which leads into a larger field. Perfect for short walks . 15 min walk to the village pub. 30 min drive to beaches at Bude. The space A beautiful detached character single storey annex situated on our land on the edge of the village . Positioned approx 40 metres from our home but still private in it's own grounds. 1 x bedroom with double aspect windows with views down the paddock and across to Dartmoor . A large open plan kitchen diner/ sitting room with 2 sofas ( 1 converts to a sofabed ), with countryside views. Bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin. Entrance hall. Wifi now within the property and a TV which can run streaming such as BBC iPlayer, ITVX, Channel 4, etc. Access out of both exterior doors into the small south facing paddock which guests are free to use, with far reaching views of Dartmoor. Several good walking routes around the area. The stunning beaches at Bude, Widemouth and Westward Ho are a 30 minute drive, with Dartmoor about 30 minutes in the opposite direction. Clovelly and Hartland are within 40 minutes and Boscastle and Tintagel on the North Cornwall coast are approximately 50 minutes drive. Local village pub with great food is a 15 minute walk ( less than a mile). The Tarka Trail is about 5 miles away which is very popular for walkers and cyclists. Cycle hire is available at the cafe on the trail at Torrington ( 9 miles - the Puffing Billy). RHS Rosemoor is 10 miles away. Guest access Guests can use all the barn space. The barn is detached. Guests can use the small paddock area immediately in front of the barn. You can also use the larger paddock through the small gate and wander through into the larger field for dog walks or picnics. Parking is off road on the drive/ parking area which is 30 metres from the barn. Other things to note A small well behaved dog is welcome but please be aware you are free to use the paddock and small field but these are not 100% secure and there could be livestock in adjacent fields. Travel cot is available for guests to use. Just please let is know before you arrive.
