Award winning house with pool close to Elmia

The house was built in 2007 and won the city-award for good architecture. The house is 284 m2. It has modern standards and everything is in good condition. It is perfect for companies that are here for the Elima exhibition or families who want to enjoy our pool and will explore southern Sweden. The house has a pool which can only be used in July and August. The pool is NOT included the other months. The house is located in a quiet area and therefore we only rent to families and companies. The space Bedroom 1: Double bed Bedroom 2: 120 cm bed Bedroom 3: 90 cm bed + 90 cm extra bed (bed chair) Bedroom 4: 120 cm bed Bedroom 5: 120 cm bed Bedroom 6/Living room 3: Sofa bed for 2 people. This is a walk-through room, has no door of its own and leads to bedrooms 4 and 5. Guest access All spaces are available except for the storage-room and walk-in closet. Other things to note The house has a heated pool that can only be used in July and August. The pool is not included in other months. Electric car chargers are available by arrangement. Cost SEK 5/kWh We would like a guest list with the social security numbers of everyone who will be staying in the house. You pay full price for all guests, even for people who sleep for a shorter time than the rental period. If you replace guests during the rental period, a maximum of 10 people may "pass" through the house during the rental period. Only booked guests from the guest list are allowed in the house or on the property.
