The space The UKG Residence is a 3 bedroom house with a living room and a kitchen. A master bedroom is fully airconditioned, has toilet and bath with rain shower, a queen size bed, a wardrobe cabinet and a vanity table. Room 1 has double deck bed also fully airconditioned with wardrobe cabinet. . Room 2 is a storage room and not in used. The kitchen are equipped with infrared cooktop where you can cook your food. It also has a front load washing machine, refrigearator and a microwave oven. The living room is also fully airconditioned also has a 55 inch samsung led TV with Netflix app where you can watch your favorate netflix movie. It's also has Yamaha AVR with bluetooth where you can connect your phone and listen to your favorate music. Guest access Guests may use the entire house except for the storage room, which will remain locked at all times. Please note that the parking space is suitable only for sedans, compact SUVs, and MPVs. Larger vehicles such as pickup trucks, including the Toyota Hilux, Ford Raptor, and Nissan Navara, will not fit through the entrance gate.
