Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located cottage. Across the street from all events and activities at the city park, also walkable to all bars and restaurants. You will be just 10 minutes from the river, hot springs and hikes! Enjoy the stock tank pool (summer season only), putting green and corn hole all in the private backyard. The space This house was built in 1920; she is a quirky one! There are three bedrooms consisting of two queens and one single bed. One full bathroom includes a shower/tub combo. The living and dining are open to each other as well as colorful and stylish! Wifi is included as well as Netflix on the smart TV in the living room. The kitchen and hand-crafted (by Mat!) breakfast booth are also open to each other and connected to the laundry room, which holds a washer and dryer. As to be expected with a house that is more than 100 years old, it comes with some quirks that add character. NOTE - there is a separate guest house behind the house you will be staying in. This space may or may not be occupied during your stay. Guests have access to the yard surrounding the house, but there is no access to the garage as it is a separate rental space that may or may not be occupied during your stay. Please give privacy to those guests as they have been asked to do the same for you. Parking is open and free on the street in front as well as the gravel area on the side of the house. The backyard is an escape all in itself! There is a stock tank pool (available in the summer season only), putting green and corn hole! We live one mile away so if you need something, let us know! Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and surrounding yard. There is no guest access to the garage.
