The space The house enjoys a privileged location, just a 5-minute drive from Salornay-sur-Guye, with its local shops (butcher, baker, small supermarket), 10 minutes from Saint-Gengoux-le-National, a charming lively medieval city, and 20 minutes from Cluny, a historical and cultural hotspot of the region. The Voie Verte and villages of character such as Chapaize or Cormatin. The accommodation is intended for quiet and respectful use. No parties, parties or festive events allowed (bachelorette parties, bachelor parties, etc.). Other things to note Some activities for families: - The walk of the washhouses: start with that of Saint-Ythaire, then the surrounding villages (Besanceuil, Salornay...) which are typical of Burgundy with their stone houses and ancient churches - Touroparc Zoo (in Romanèche-Thorins, about 30 minutes away): an animal park with water games, rides and lots of animals – children love it. - La Roche de Solutré: a beautiful walk (accessible for families) with a superb view at the top! - Electric scooter rides: this is done in the region on marked paths, very nice to discover the landscapes differently. - The Hospices de Beaune (about 1 hour away): very beautiful historical site, easy to visit even with children. The city is also worth a visit. - The Haras de Cluny: pony rides, entertainment, equestrian shows… a nice family outing. - Voie Verte: a great track for cycling or walking safely, from Cluny. Possibility to rent bikes in Cluny. And again: markets, playgrounds, small farms to visit in the surrounding area, swimming in the pond of Saint-Point... For shopping and dining - In Salornay-sur-Guye (barely 10 minutes by car): the Ballon butcher shop, a bakery, a small supermarket and the market on Thursday morning.
