Large family villa with lovely garden. Several patios, balcony with evening sun with views of the rooftops. The villa is centrally located in Landvetter but despite that with the forest as a neighbor. 5-minute walk to express bus that takes you into Gothenburg in 15 minutes. Large grocery store and restaurants about two kilometers away. Cycling distance down to Lake Landvetter where there is a sandy beach, jetty, ramp and diving tower. Also by the lake is miniature golf, paddle and kiosk. Everything needed for a lovely day! The space The villa has 10 beds divided into 4 bedrooms and a living room with 2 sofa beds (1 double bed 180 cm, 1 double bed 140 cm, 1 single bed 120 cm and 1 single bed 105 cm and 2 140 cm sofa beds in the living room). Air mattresses can be provided if more sleeping places are needed. There are 2 toilets, one with a shower. Fully-equipped laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Adjacent to the laundry room is another shower. Large living room upstairs with TV and sofa. Dining area for 10-12 people. In the kitchen there is a kitchen island with an additional 3 seats. In the living room on the lower floor, there is another TV corner as well as a game/activity table. Patio is available both on the front and back with both seating area and dining table. On the balcony there is a dining table for 8 people. Large lovely garden with both sun and shade if you like. Trampoline with safety net on site. Guest access As a tenant, you have access to the entire home and garden, but some parts will be closed off for storage of the owner's belongings, such as storage spaces and the garage. Other things to note Not rented out to young people and not allowed with big parties or noise at night. Bed linens and towels can be provided for a fee upon request depending on the length of stay and the number of guests.
