Beautiful vineyard house with private garden, located in the quiet village of Sainte Valière. This area is an excellent compromise for those who want to combine beach attractions and cultural discoveries. The lively seaside resorts of Gruissan and Narbonne plage are at 27 km. Within a radius of 50 kms, many excursions can vary the interest: the Cathar castles of the Corbières, the medieval village of Minerve the citdadel of Carcassonne (World Heritage of UNESCO) and natural sites such as the Canal du Midi, Lake of Jouarres and Bages, frequented by migratory birds, as well as the regional park of La Clape, known for its hiking trails. The house of 150 m² is comfortably furnished for 8 persons. This is a real vineyard house with very high ceilings and spacious rooms. Ground floor: entrance hall, separate lounge, dining room, kitchen with utility room and separate toilet. Access to the pool area. The exterior of 600 m² completly private is on 2 different parts, the one in front of the house and the other one with the swimming pool fenced wall. The pool of 8m x 4m has a depth of between 0.80m and 1.80m is secured by a door with a lock and is open between June and the end of September. It has also a large terrace equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers and a covered summer kitchen with grill, hob, fridge, sink and cupboards with dishes. 1st floor : 2 double bedrooms, 1 large bedroom with 1 bed 120 and bunk beds, 1 shower room, 1 bathroom with toilet. 2nd floor : Spacious double room. Views of the village. Parking outside the house. 30€ extra per week for 1 pet allowed. Charges to be paid locally : Compulsory final cleaning at 70 € Kit comfort including bed sheets rental + 2 towels + 1 large swimming pool towel pool for 12 € / person, to be ordered before arrival.
