Located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood close to the 303, this home is surrounded by many dining & shopping options. There are two living spaces and a wonderful outdoor patio with kitchen that is perfect for AZ sunshine! Don't forget the pool... What's not to love? Rent one guest room and enjoy the shared spaces - W/D, full kitchen, smart TVs, living spaces, you name it! The bathroom is private UNLESS the other room is rented separately, then it will be shared with the other guests. The space When you approach the house, you will go up two steps onto the entry patio. The door has a SmartLock. You will enter into the front living space and pass the stairs on the left as you reach the kitchen and dining space. From there, you will step down into the sunken living room. This is where the laundry, closet, half bath and access to the back patio / backyard are. Upstairs there is a small landing. To the left are the two queen guest bedrooms, with the green bedroom on the left. In the middle / straight across from the stairs is the bathroom that is for the guest bedrooms. On the right with the double doors is the master bedroom and attached bathroom. Guest access All spaces excluding the other guest bedroom, the master, the garage, the outdoor sheds are available for guest use. During your stay If the other available bedroom is rented, the bathroom will be shared. There is a maximum of 2 guests in the other bedroom.
