Living in the middle of nature, by the river with comfortable and air-conditioned access to the mobile home where you live as much outside as inside, while remaining close to the city of Issoudun which has all the amenities, this is the experience I offer you with the booking of this accommodation. So many activities to have a good stay are available such as fishing, paddleboarding, jacuzzi, games, reading, hiking, many relaxation areas, barbecue... And it was during Covid that while walking, we had a real favorite for Saint Georges sur Arnon, a charming and welcoming town with hiking and mountain biking, passage of the Chemin de Compostela, unspoiled nature, pond, river, forest, Berrichon village. On one of our first walks, WAHOO... sign "for sale". And the dream comes true, with 3 years of work on weekends, to make this haven of peace respecting beautiful nature.:) When I picked up the land, there was a good 50 meter of brambles everywhere. Left abandoned for years, I knew that this location would become "my haven of peace". 3 beautiful oaks protect the place and the river soothes it. First of all, I set up this space for us. And then I thought about making it available for those who would need resources. Come in the spirit of an experience. As they say, it's better when it tastes like sharing. 😀 The place respects nature and its impact: no concrete, only removable structures, phyto-purification of gray water, autonomous composting toilets, waste management, bromine for the jacuzzi, water collection for watering plants, planting of fruit trees and flowering shrubs for our friends the bees and birds, sustainable mowing on the upper part of the field, low-energy electrical appliances, etc. Thank you for respecting it, believe me it will return it to you. We leave this magical place differently than on arrival! And that's his goal! A cute town that is looking to minimize its impact with solar panels and numerous wind turbines all around the town.
