Welcome to our home in Levanto. Surrounded by nature, the guesthouse – a studio apartment with a bathroom and kitchenette – is located in an old mill from the mid-1800s. It is 5/7 minutes away from the beaches by car, 10 minutes by bike on a flat route, 30/40 minutes on foot. The accommodation includes the free use of two electric bicycles. In the garden, you can immerse yourself in nature, dine outdoors under the sunshade and enjoy the surrounding tranquility. The space La guesthouse is an independent studio located on the ground floor of the house where we live. Access is from the road via a short, rural path, surrounded by vegetation and fruit trees, with uneven steps. It is ideal for up to two people, perfect for those who love nature and animals. We ask that you show the utmost respect for every animal, including small insects, which can normally be found in the countryside. There are several cats roaming the outdoor space, including our two sweet cats: Lumino and Shadow. The studio, renovated with our own hands and furnished by us with vintage and recycled pieces, can be modulated according to your needs: in fact, we give you the possibility to choose whether to have a double bed, two separate single beds or, for those traveling alone and wanting more space, set it up with only the single bed, transforming it into a small cozy living room during the day. It has a kitchenette with kitchen equipped with induction plates, microwave, air fryer, toaster and refrigerator, allowing you to prepare your meals with comfort. We provide essentials such as oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, spices and coffee. You will find both a moka and a coffee machine with pods. The small private ensuite bathroom in the room ensures maximum privacy and comfort. It has a sink, a toilet with a hot and cold water hand shower, and a shower. No bidet. We provide towels, shower gel, hand soap, and a hairdryer with a diffuser. A corner adjacent to the bed also has a desk with HD monitors and crates where you can work in smart (upon request we give the possibility of a printer and headset wireless headset). For musicians and music lovers, there is a turntable with a wide selection of vinyl records, an amplifier, an acoustic guitar and, on request, an electric bass. Adjacent to the accommodation, there is a storage room for the two electric bicycles for guests' use, with a laundry area and freezer. In summer, the cool and green environment and the available fan will ensure a pleasant stay even on the hottest days, despite the lack of air conditioning. Outside the house there is a dedicated outdoor dining space with the possibility of using the barbecue area. To access the accommodation from the street, you have to walk along a short path of about 30 metres (with some uneven, rustic steps) surrounded by orange trees and other fruit trees. Alternatively, for those who have problems, there is a second step without stairs through the adjacent property. We offer a shuttle shuttle service for the transfer from the station during check-in and check-out, making your arrival and departure comfortable and stress-free.
