A peaceful, family-friendly retreat on the Central Coast. With 5 bedrooms (including a kids' bunk room), a spa, sauna, firepit and kayaks to enjoy with our private jetty right on the river... It’s perfect for slow mornings, sunset views, and quality time together. Lovingly decorated with cosy corners, books, and games, we created this Airbnb as a place to relax, reconnect, and feel right at home. The space Welcome to Junii River House – our peaceful family getaway by the river! We’re so excited to be listing this newly renovated space with families looking for a calm, comfortable place to unwind. Set in a quiet part of the Central Coast, the house backs directly onto the river, with a private jetty perfect for early morning coffees, sunset chats, or simply watching the adorable local ducks swim by. One of our favourite parts of the house is the outdoor spa and sauna! There’s really no better way to unwind. Inside, the house is light-filled, cosy, and features some of our favourite pieces from our online furniture store. All the furniture is brand new, with lots of spots to curl up with a book or play a board game. We have very fast WIFI too, so you can comfortably stream your favourite movie or show! There are five bedrooms and three bathrooms, making it ideal for a few families holidaying together or a relaxed group getaway. The bedroom layout is: Bedroom 1 – King bed with ensuite Bedroom 2 – Queen bed Bedroom 3 – Queen bed Bedroom 4 – Kids’ room with 2 bunk beds (each with a double below and single above) Bedroom 5 – Queen bed The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook at home. There's a brand new double-door fridge freezer, and an excellent oven and dishwasher. The laundry has a new washing machine and dryer too. There’s also a generous outdoor living area where you can enjoy the fresh air, eat meals outside, or just relax with the sounds of the river in the background. The house is professionally cleaned with care by our wonderful cleaner, and we’ve put a lot of thought into making it a warm, family-friendly space. When Junii River House is not welcoming guests, it’s where our own family comes to relax too. We hope you feel at home here and love it as much as we do. Other things to note Junii River House backs directly onto the river, and while the back deck and outdoor dining area are fully gated for your peace of mind, the backyard itself opens to the water. Please keep a close eye on children at all times when outdoors, and we recommend extra care for anyone who is not confident around water.
