Driving in, you'll leave the highway to take a narrow road between cattle and plantain fields. Be amazed by the green mountains on whose skirt this community is nestled. It's a short drive to the house. What makes this property unique is the way it's divided. You'll have 3 separate units for your group, providing more privacy for family circles. The space is divided as follows: On the first floor you'll find two independent units, each with one bedroom, one bathroom, a kitchen, a dining area, and a living room with a TV. A/C in the bedrooms. Laundry area on the patio area. Unit A accommodates 4 guests Unit B, 2 guests. The second floor is a 3-bedroom/2-bath house with sleeping space for 7 guests. Enjoy A/C's in all rooms and common areas. You'll be surprised by the ample space, tall ceilings, all around balcony, and new kitchen appliances. Space inside includes a dining room and a living room with a smart TV. Another laundry area can be found on the balcony towards the back. A carport with space for 2-3 vehicles will have them accessible. Patio with big pool, BBQ, seating areas, outdoor shower, and half bathroom. Ample grass area with tropical plants and trees, including avocado, sugarcane, breadfruit, plantains, papaya, "quenepas" and other fruit trees. Know that this property is rented for a single group. Other things to note This is not a new property listing. The previous owner sold the property on 4/8/25, and they owned the previous listing. Coquis, iguanas, frogs, birds, lizards and others are commonly found in the property. We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. To protect your trip and avoid losing your payment in the event of cancellation outside the free cancellation period, we recommend purchasing travel insurance, which usually costs a fraction of the cost of your booking.
