The space A main house comprising: - One bedroom: double bed 160*240 + adjoining children's room with 2 single beds + a sofa bed for one person. - A non-separated double bedroom with 3 double beds: 2*140*200 and 160*220 - A party room with 3 sofa beds (one for 2 people and the other 2 for one person) - Bathroom with shower + bathtub - A separate toilet - One kitchen - A living room with an extra sofa bed. A first outbuilding comprising: all rooms have a door to the garden: - A bedroom with a sofa bed for daily sleeping 160 x 220 cm - A bedroom with 1 double bed 140 x 200 cm - Bathroom with shower + toilet A second outbuilding comprising: - A room with a sofa bed 140 x 200 daily sleeping - One upstairs bedroom with a double bed and a child's bed - Bathroom with shower - A separate toilet A bicycle room: bicycles available but not all are functional A large garage with all garden furniture and toys. Don't forget to read the house rules where everything that is available is described precisely. Guest access The entire property is usable Other things to note Our accommodation has 5 closed bedrooms with double beds, a very spacious bedroom with 3 double beds, a small bedroom with 2 single beds. We also have 3 extra sofa beds in the large reception room and a 4th in the living room and a 5th in the downstairs bedroom. In the living room, you have a large table for 10 people and in the adjoining kitchen a table for 6 people. An additional table for 8 people is at your disposal. The garden is fenced for your animals. It is possible to party in the themed room, but quiet must be respected outdoors from 11 p.m. You have a 75 m2 reception room upstairs with a sound system where you can party without time limit (if the windows are closed). Simply connect to the wifi to connect your phone to the speaker. A pool table, foosball and pinball machine are available. Toys are available for children, but we thank you for leaving them when you leave. The beds may not be undone, we take care of it, only the bath towels are to be grouped in the bathrooms if possible. Thank you! We leave oil, vinegar, sugar, coffee, spices, toilet paper and many things to facilitate your stay. Feel free to open all the cupboards as if you were at home. A large chest in the living room is available with all the board games. In the large garage you have all the garden equipment, deckchairs, toys, raclette, fondue, plancha, waffle maker, pancake maker, ice maker and juice machine.
