The space Ravenswood Cottage is a stylish, fully self-contained one-bedroom granny flat located in the highly sought-after suburb of Millswood. Set privately in lush, manicured gardens at the rear-side of a renovated character home, the cottage offers a quiet, comfortable stay for up to two adult guests. The space features its own entrance, open-plan living and sitting area, modern bathroom, queen bed, kitchenette, and private outdoor seating area with an outdoor umbrella and the latest Weber Baby Q BBQ. With tasteful furnishings, quality linen, and thoughtful touches throughout, it’s an ideal retreat for both short and extended stays. Relax in front of our brand new 42-inch LG OLED evo TV—featuring stunning picture quality, vibrant colours, and streaming capabilities. Perfect for enjoying your favourite movies, shows, or sports events during your stay. Enjoy your favourite tunes during your stay with our Sonos Roam 2 portable speaker—perfect for relaxing indoors or unwinding in the private courtyard. A wireless fast-charging station (15W INIU Qi-compatible) is provided—just place your phone on the pad and it charges, no cables needed. While the cottage adjoins the main residence, it is completely separate and secure—giving you the freedom to come and go as you please. Guest access Ravenswood Cottage is a fully self-contained unit adjoining a private residence. Guests have exclusive access to the cottage and its outdoor area. Please enter and exit via the front gate, which will be left open for your convenience. For privacy and security, access to the garage and backyard areas of the main residence is not permitted. The side door within the unit remains permanently locked and cannot be opened without a separate key. Other things to note ✨ For longer stays (10 nights or more), we’ll arrange a mid-stay clean and refresh so you can enjoy a fresh space throughout your visit. This includes fresh linen, a bathroom and kitchen spruce-up, and a general tidy. A $150 fee applies, which will be added to your booking. – The property is exceptionally well connected by public transport. Millswood Train Station is just a one-minute walk away, offering a 10-minute ride into the Adelaide CBD. The G10 bus route is a four-minute walk from the cottage, and the Goodwood tram stop is less than 10 minutes away on foot, with direct access to both the city and Glenelg Beach. – If driving, the location is equally convenient: just 4km (10-minute drive) to the Adelaide CBD, 5km (15-minute drive) to Adelaide Oval, 9km (20-minute drive) to Glenelg Beach, and 16km (20-minute drive) to the Adelaide Hills town of Stirling. – Ravenswood Cottage is located directly opposite Orphanage Park, offering immediate access to wide open green space, tennis courts, a basketball court, and the tranquil grounds of Tabor College, which are open to the public. – Set in one of Adelaide’s most desirable inner-southern suburbs, you’ll be surrounded by the vibrant lifestyle precincts of Goodwood, Hyde Park and Unley. Enjoy tree-lined streets, heritage architecture, and the bustling café, dining and boutique shopping strip along King William Road — all within walking distance. – Please note: the cottage adjoins a private residence, and while fully self-contained with its own entrance and outdoor space, guests do not have access to the garage or backyard of the main home. The side door within the unit is permanently locked and not for guest use. – Exterior security cameras are in place, monitoring key access points and outdoor areas for safety and peace of mind. No cameras are located inside the guest space. – A wireless fast-charging station (15W INIU Qi-compatible) is provided—just place your phone on the pad and it charges, no cables needed. – Street parking is available. A 2-hour time limit applies on the side of the street nearest the property (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm). Unrestricted parking is available on the opposite side. – This is a quiet residential area. Parties, loud music and unregistered guests are strictly not permitted. Please respect noise limits between 10pm and 7am. – No pets allowed. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the cottage.
