Cozy house

Welcome to our family cottage. The house is located on a natural plot surrounded by forests and nice forest roads, which invite you to go for walks and mushroom hunting. There is a visible neighbor (summer house) and about 65 meters from the house there is a nice river that ends in a lake. The house has soul and coziness and here the family can gather around games and just be together. From the kitchen you can walk directly out onto the large terrace and from there down to the campfire area. The grounds are partially fenced. About 100 meters from the house, the train runs. The space When you enter the house, you are welcomed by a calm and pleasant atmosphere. The house is cozily decorated with old things that suit the age of the house. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is room for 5 around the dining table. The living room is tastefully decorated and oozes coziness, where the family can relax in very comfortable furniture. By the living room is the first bedroom, where there is a double bed and a single bed. The dining room is incredibly cozy and there is good light and views of the garden behind the house. Around the dining table there is room for 8 people. If you go up to the first floor, you will come to the children's room, there are toys, Lego, Duplo and TV with various games. There are also 2 super good bedrooms. The large bedroom contains a double bed, 1 sofa bed and a weekend bed (with a good mattress). The second bedroom contains a double bed. There are duvets and pillows for all sleeping places. The toilet is on the ground floor, and the bathroom is also on the ground floor. In the bathroom there is a shower and washing machine as well as a dryer. In the outhouse there are games for the garden. The house has 2 wooden terraces. On the large terrace is the entrance to the house as well as to the kitchen, the small terrace is accessible from the living room as well as the bedroom. From the large terrace you go down to a smaller campfire. Guest access The whole house can be used Other things to note Electricity is charged at DKK 4 per kWh . Via Airbnb. Electricity is read upon arrival and departure and documented by messaging the host, and the total amount is settled through Airbnb after departure. Fixed price of gas is 100, - Danish kroner . per stay. This will be charged through Airbnb at the end of the stay. Bedding and towels can be rented for DKK 100 per person. This will be charged through Airbnb at the end of the stay. Firewood can be purchased: 8 kg of dry firewood for DKK 60 This will be charged through Airbnb at the end of the stay. Send a message to the host if you need to purchase bed linens/towels and firewood. Dish towels and dishcloths are in the house. Upon departure, used bed linens/towels, dishcloths, and cleaning cloths should be placed in the laundry basket in the bathroom. You must make your own grill and oven and stove clean after use. It is not possible to leave your electric car at the house, but it can be charged in Osby about 12 km from the house. You are not allowed to smoke or use E-cigarettes inside the house. Partying in the house is not allowed. Just opposite the house , as well as behind the house, there is ample opportunity to find edible mushrooms and if you are morning fresh, then the opportunity to see the animals in the woods around the house.
