Uninterrupted sea views on NC500

Take it easy at this unique, tranquil getaway, with mesmerizing, ever-changing sea views, an abundance of wildlife, including a local seal colony, many species of birds, and (if you're very lucky), orcas, humpback whales and dolphins, all from the comfort of our wee 'Seal House' annex in the grounds of our own home. It affords total privacy and is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sunset from the hot tub at the end of a day exploring the beautiful high highlands! The space All rooms are on ground floor level Guest access The property is accessed via a shared driveway and guests can park directly outside the Seal House. The owners home and garden is adjacent to the Seal House and is not a part of the guest's space. Guests have exclusive use of the terrace, private hot tub and immediate, enclosed outside areas of the Seal House. Other things to note Please note, we are in a rural setting, close to a working farm. About children: Children over 12 years old are welcome, please note that our property is very close to the sea and is bordered by cliffs and steep slopes. Children must be supervised and be accompanied by an adult responsible for their safety at all times. About our pets: We have three family cats, a dog and a small flock of chickens at our home which is adjacent to the Seal House. The cats and chickens are free-range, the dogs are mostly not. Our young Ridgeback dog is friendly, big and 'enthusiastic' we tend not to allow her to interact unless requested by guests, just because she's large and bouncy and very tactile and not everyone appreciates that kind of love language . The cats may (or may not) wander over to the Seal House to say hello from time to time - you are under no obligation to host them, they'll stick around with encouragement, but tend to get the message if you prefer they don't invite themselves to your stay. You may also see the chickens pecking around, they don't want to make new friends and will not approach you, but may stare blankly at you through your windows. If you would prefer not to be greeted by cats or, if you don't like the idea of chickens wandering around, then this may not be the best place for your stay - we do tell the critters not to visit guests, but they don't always listen to us.
