Mtn View, Daylight Basemnt, Hot Tub, King Size Bed

Our Daylight Basement has a king size bed and a full size daybed with a trundle twin bed underneath. Pilot Mtn can be seen from the porch. Full kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker & toaster. Washer/dryer combo. TV Firestick. Lots of board games. The hot tub is up the front steps, on the opposite side of the house. Rocking chairs on your porch. This is our home so please do not damage anything. Please inform us any concerns BEFORE checkout so we can help. The space Feel free to walk around the front yard or side yards and watch the chickens & ducks. Since this space is a basement and we do have dogs, some noise is to be expected. We make every effort to keep things as peaceful as possible. To get to the hot tub, walk up the front yard steps. Take the sidewalk to the left side of the house. Water will be in the fridge. Coffee, creamer, & snacks will be available. All basic kitchen utensils are in the drawers. Guest access When you come up the driveway, follow the "Daylight Basement" sign that has an arrow pointing right. A key will be provided at check-in. The hot tub is in front of the other side of the house. You will walk up the front steps to get to it. To open the hot tub, flip the lid, push it back towards the house about 6 inches, & flip it back again. Please close it back when you're done. You will see buttons for temperature, jets, & lights. Other things to note We have well water so it is great to drink from the tap! If you need anything at anytime please let us know! We would rather know how we can help make your stay as enjoyable as possible BEFORE your checkout, not after.
