With dramatic ceilings, large industrial windows, and an open two-story layout, the loft blends boutique-hotel comfort with a warm, inspiring atmosphere. It’s a wonderful fit for couples, solo travelers, creatives, and anyone seeking a special San Diego stay. Inside, you’ll find exposed brick, a chic and efficient kitchen stocked with cooking essentials, and a striking curved concrete-and-glass feature wall in the bathroom. The lofted full-size bed, accessed by a secure ladder with handles, creates a cozy elevated sleeping space with built-in storage throughout. The space is thoughtfully equipped for comfort and ease, including art and design books, premium coffee and tea, extra blankets, bathroom necessities, and basic first-aid supplies. Behind the building there is a small grassy area for dogs, with waste bags and a disposal bin provided. Step outside and explore one of San Diego’s most vibrant, walkable neighborhoods. You’re surrounded by excellent cafés, award-winning restaurants, wine bars, breweries, boutiques, architectural landmarks, and the beloved Saturday farmers market. One complimentary assigned parking spot is included — a rare convenience in Little Italy. A foldaway floor mattress is available for a third guest if needed. The loft is conveniently located for events at the Convention Center, County Building, Mexican Consulate, Waterfront Park, The Casbah, and The Music Box. The nearby trolley offers quick access to downtown, and the bayfront walk home is a beautiful way to enjoy the neighborhood. Go Postal, located one block away on India Street, makes printing or shipping easy for business travelers and creatives. If you’re planning a small elopement or ceremony, the County Building just two blocks away is a lovely option. We happily welcome one dog with a $50 pet fee, but cannot accommodate cats. Especially On the Weekends. There Are Two Restaurant/Bars Across the Street. Craft & Commerce/False Idol and Kings & Queens Cantina. When Upstairs In the Sleeping Area Do Not Lean Back on the Shelf. It is Not Meant for Sitting/Reclining. Toiletries Are in the Small Closet in the Bathroom. Please Refrain From Using the Counter As a Cutting Board. We Have Provided Multiple Cutting Boads to Use. Quiet Hours Are 10pm-8am. This is a Mixed Use Building and We Have Full Time Tenants That Live Next Door. I Also Live In The Building Next Door.
