The lake house

The Lake House – Enjoy breathtaking views of our beautiful 365-acre private lake! Swim, fish, kayak, or simply relax on the private dock. The community swimming area is less than a one-minute walk from the house. Bring your boat or jet skis and launch them at the community boat ramp. Guests have full access to the private dock, boat lift, and jet ski lifts during their stay. Come relax and enjoy everything the lake has to offer! The space The Lake House features 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a cozy fireplace, and beautiful lake views. • Master Bedroom: King-size bed with beautiful lake views and a private bathroom. • Bedroom 2: Twin-over-queen bunk bed, with a queen-size bed on the bottom and a twin on top. • Bedroom 3: Twin bed on top with a full-size futon below that easily converts from a sofa into a comfortable full-size bed. The open-concept living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and cozy fireplace provide a welcoming space for family and friends to relax, spend time together, and unwind after a fun day on the lake. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, including all three bedrooms, two bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, living and dining areas, fireplace, patio, and private boat dock. Guests are welcome to enjoy the nearby community swimming area, less than a one-minute walk from the house. They may also bring their own boats or jet skis and use the community boat ramp to launch and retrieve them. Guests have full access to the private boat dock, boat lift, and jet ski lifts during their stay, making it easy to enjoy a full day on the lake. Other things to note • Please respect neighboring private properties. • Use of the dock, swimming area, kayaks, paddleboards, canoes, boat lift, jet ski lifts, and all water activities is at your own risk. • The staircase is steep. Please use caution, especially with children. • Guests are welcome to bring their own boat or jet skis and use the community boat ramp. The private dock, boat lift, and jet ski lifts are available for guests to use during their stay. • Please use the dock and lifts responsibly and follow all community and lake safety rules. • Quiet hours in the Callender Lake community are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these hours. • No smoking inside the home. Guests are responsible for their own safety while using the property and all amenities, including the home, stairs, patio, dock, lake, swimming area, kayaks, canoes, paddleboards, boat lift, jet ski lifts, and all water activities. Use of the property, lake, dock, and amenities is at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times, especially near the lake and dock. • Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
