Spacious cabin in the quiet forest near sea

My place is simple but spacious countryside cottage in beautiful forest with view to the sea bay. Peaceful quiet nature, fireplace and rustic atmosphere. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families and pets. Blueberries and mushrooms can be picked in late summer / fall. Fishing is possible at the sea and rowing boat can be freely used from 1.5 to 31.10. In Raseborg area there are many sightseeing possibilities. The space Big living room with fireplace, two bedrooms, small kitchen. Sauna in a separate building closer to the sea-shore. Separate outside dry toilet and shed for firewood. Guest access All areas and buildings on the premise can be used. All forest around the cottage can be walked in and sea accessed with a boat. Other things to note The area around the cottage is not maintained as a garden or lawn, so it grows natures wild plants from the forest like ferns. If you desire lawn or maintaned garden, this might not be suitable for you. The area is rather hilly and the path to the sauna and shore quite steep, so not all facilities are suitable for people with movement disabilities. The sea-shore at the cottage area is at a bay which has muddy shallow shores with lots of bullrush, reed and seaweed growing, especially when temperature is warm. We try to compensate this with long jetty, but if you wish for sand/rock shores with clear water, it might be best to consider other options. The cottage is quite old (from early 1970's) and as many similar cottages, has developed a distinct "old house odour". While this can be reduced with ventilation, most guests don't care about this and this has never produced any problems, consider this if you wish for inside air with zero odour. If you use clean sheets and towels available at the cottage, they should be washed and dried with the washing+drying machines at the balcony in the end of your stay. Since I don't live close to the cottage, I cannot visit the cottage after every guest but rent the cottage in "self-service" fashion which relies on the guests cleaning the cottage after their visit for the next ones. 95% if the time this works well, but in some rare occasions some guest cleaning work is sub-standard causing inconvenience to the next one. While I can compensate this by giving monetary rebate, if you wish for 100% guarantee of initial cleanliness of the premise, this might not be suitable for you.
