The Guesthouse is newly constructed & sits 60' behind The Cottage at Steele Magnolia. It can be booked solo or with The Cottage for larger groups. This stylish, small-but-roomy home features two bedrooms, living room/kitchen combo & full split bath. Heartpine floors, vaulted ceilings & comfortable furnishings throughout the home. Outdoor spaces include a Southern screened porch w/ ceiling fan, 50" Smart TV, Dining area & fully fenced private yard w/ fire pit, seating for 4 and charcoal grill. The space The Guesthouse is 500 sf of efficient, well planned space and feels very private, once inside. The open concept Living Room/Kitchen has a vaulted ceiling, electric fireplace, ceiling fan, 60" smart tv and door to the screened porch. The kitchen features a coffee bar with K-Cup coffee maker, stone counter & small washer/dryer combo. There is a mid-size fridge/freezer, 2 burner induction cooktop, stone counters, eating bar with four stools, countertop oven/air fryer & microwave oven. The Master Bedroom has a king bed with drawer storage under, built-in desk, 32" smart tv & French door to the screened porch. The Guest Bedroom has a built-in dresser & queen bed. Both bedrooms have vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans, closets, bedside tables & reading lights. The full bath is a split plan with Powder Room (toilet & sink) on one side of the hall in its own little room, and Shower Room on the other side of the hall in its own room with roomy shower, instant hot water, & vanity with stone counter & sink. The Fabulous Screened porch features a vaulted ceiling, ceiling fan, party lights, cozy seating area, 56" Smart TV & small dining table with seating for 4. Guest access The Guesthouse has a small private fenced yard with fire pit and shares the larger property yard with the Cottage Guests. The entire home of The Guesthouse is designed to feel very private once you are inside and is fully contained with no shared spaces. Other things to note The Guesthouse, though small, is an entire home and was professionally designed with a small footprint to be a comfortable choice for short or extended stays. There is designated parking for two on the gravel pad between the two arms of the paved driveway, near the wishing well. We are pet friendly but ask that pets not be allowed on furniture or bedding. Please pick up after your pet in all yards.
