All bedrooms are upstairs for privacy and quiet. Downstairs, the living area is filled with natural light, comfy seating, and good vibes only. The kitchen’s fully stocked with what you need—not just to cook, but to feel at home. We provide all the essentials: fast Wi-Fi, soft towels, shampoo, body wash, toilet paper, and hand soap. There’s a Ring doorbell and a front security camera for added peace of mind. This place means a lot to us. We poured our energy and intention into making it feel right—not just for us, but for every guest who walks through the door. Guest access Guests will have full access to the entire home, except for the garage and one locked closet in an upstairs bedroom, which we use for personal storage. All other spaces—including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living area, and backyard—are yours to enjoy during your stay. Make yourself completely at home! Other things to note • No smoking or vaping inside the house—including weed. • No pets allowed. • Maximum occupancy is 9 adults and 1 child (total of 10 guests). The top bunk has a 250 lb weight limit and is not suitable for heavier adults. • Quiet hours are from 10PM to 7AM. Please help us keep the neighborhood peaceful. • Bedrooms are located upstairs—there is no elevator. • The garage and one upstairs closet are locked for owner storage. • There are exterior security cameras (including a Ring doorbell) for safety. • Backyard is grassy, so occasional bugs may show up—just a heads-up! • Early check-in or late check-out may be possible—just message us ahead of time to confirm availability.
