Welcome to our rustic, charming holiday home in Gutenstein, in the heart of the Upper Danube Valley Nature Park. This lovingly furnished apartment is located in an original, old farmhouse and offers you a unique mix of traditional charm and modern decor. The space The apartment has a cozy living room with dining area, where in transitional periods an oven can provide cozy warmth (wood, lighter...) everything available. It can only be booked from spring to autumn, as there is no central heating. In cooler times, a night storage heater is available in the bedroom, dressing room and bathroom. In the kitchen, you can use a portable radiator if needed, which can also be used for the small bedroom. The house has a well-equipped kitchen (with electric stove, oven, fridge-freezer, Filter coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave...) One bathroom with a window and a small separate toilet also with a small window. Upstairs is an inviting double bedroom - and large dressing room. From the window you can enjoy a magnificent view of the rocks and picturesque countryside – ideal for relaxing hours surrounded by nature. Next to the living room on the ground floor is a small bedroom, in which there is a half-high bed (max. 80 kg) for children and teenagers. There is the possibility to put a mattress on the floor underneath. So children can sleep together. The sofa in the living room can be converted into a sofa bed for one person. The property is generally designed for a maximum of three adults or a family with two children. If your request differs, we ask you to write to us. Parking for two vehicles is available. The rental price includes linens, towels and dish towels. The idyllic little garden with terrace invites you to relax. There is a dining area – lounge chairs for relaxing or reading – and you can barbecue. The bike path passes directly by the property, making it an ideal starting point for your bike rides and hikes. Canoeing on the Danube and climbing tours are also possible in the area and offer you an unforgettable experience. Whether you want to enjoy the tranquility of nature or actively explore the surroundings, this apartment is the ideal place for your stay. We are looking forward to having you! In the barn there is: - a washing machine. - a black trash can for residual waste, a yellow bag and a metal bucket for ashes. - wood for the stove in the living room Other things to note Children are very welcome and depending on age and needs we have toys, books, a Tripp Trapp high chair - also children's dishes, rocking horse, Bobby Car, Haba wooden doll carriage for your little ones. There is a wooden railway available. Various Playmobil wooden blocks as well as cars are provided. You are welcome to contact us at any time. Games, puzzles for older children and also adults are available in the cabinets and drawers - just browse. As we have three children ourselves, there is plenty available, or it can be provided according to your personal needs.
