The Lake House

This is what we wanted to achieve by renovating this apartment on the waterfront of about 60 m2 (a large bedroom, a living room, an equipped American kitchen) and its terrace of 18 m2 overlooking the lake and the mountains of Fort Dauphin. A common garden of 1000 m2, with kayak at your disposal if you wish. A 10-minute walk from the center, a 3-minute taxi or car ride, you will be in a very good location. With an unparalleled lake view in Fort Dauphin, this ground floor apartment is designed for two people (and a baby because we can add a crib). A 35 m2 living room, a 20 m2 bedroom, an 18 m2 terrace, an equipped American kitchen (stovetop, extractor hood, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, pots, etc.), and a bathroom with hot water, you will also enjoy a large garden carefully arranged where the birds like to sing in the coconut trees. It is located in a residence containing a total of 4 apartments where the independence and privacy of each are preserved. Ideally equipped: a king size bed with an anti-mite and orthopedic mattress, bedding, towels, a large cable TV, internet, fan etc., the accommodation is waiting for you... Guest access The guest will have access to the garden, a small children's play area, and the lake on which you can kayak. Other things to note A laundry service is also available for those who wish to use it for €5 per 6 kg of laundry, washed and ironed. Breakfast service is also available. We also run a tour operator and 4x4 car, quad, motocross and bicycle rental agency: this allows us to give all our guests a 30 percent discount on our tours and rentals if they wish.
