Welcome to your coastal retreat in the gated condominium of Las Rocas at km 97.5 via a Cayma y Mar Azul. Conveniently located 800 meters / .5 miles from the beach and the boulevard. The small, family-friendly community of just 23 houses offers a tranquil escape with the peace of mind of 24/7 security. The space You'll have access to the first level of the house, which comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests. Here's a breakdown of the three bedrooms: Room 1: A full-size bed and a bunk bed with two twin-size mattresses. This room has a private full bathroom. Room 2: A full-size bed and a bunk bed with two twin-size mattresses. This room shares a full bathroom with Room 3. Room 3: A full-size bed and a bunk bed with two twin-size mattresses. This room shares a full bathroom with Room 2. Please make sure to look at the listing details, amenities, photos, and house rules to make sure it fits your needs and avoid any issues. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask! Guest access You'll have access to the first level, including three bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, a patio, and the pool. The second floor and a few doors on the first floor are for owner storage and are not accessible to guests. Please do not attempt to enter these locked areas. Guests will need to provide photos of all the guests passports/DNI and car license plate prior to check-in to get access and the key. Other things to note During the summer months, the weather can be quite warm. It's helpful to know that air conditioning is not a common amenity in most Peruvian homes. Our house is equipped with ceiling fans and floor fans to help you stay comfortable, but we wanted to set the right expectations for your stay. Linens are provided, you must bring your own toiletries and beach towels.
