During the summer There’s an above ground pool but it is for children and under 2 feet The space Visitors have access to the entire house front yard and backyard which is enclosed with the hot tub on the lower level. Garage is not accessible! Guest can use front and back entrance Guest can use gas grill and children’s above ground pool Guest access Visitors can use the front yard area near the koi pond for coffee and quiet time Other things to note House is smoker friendly and a quaint older split level. It has it’s wear and tear but I have updated it with has the modern appliances and gym equipment. This place is ideal for those coming for work or play because it’s located near 670 and 270 which will get you anywhere in the greater Columbus area in 15 minutes or so
