The apartment is located on Jomtien Beach, Pattaya, and you need to swipe a card to enter the apartment and to use the elevator. ★Each card only grants access to your floor and common floors.★ The apartment is equipped with 24-hour surveillance and security patrols. Q: How do I check in? Answer: I or the housekeeper will welcome you in person. ★We will be waiting for your arrival in the parking area in front of LOBBY2.★ Q: Is an ID required for check-in? A: Yes, according to the requirements of the Thai Immigration Bureau, all guests staying are required to provide passport/ID information. If you book our property, you will need to provide a photo of your passport/ID before check-in.
