Take full advantage of our large indoor Jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing moments all year round. A warm and comfortable space, designed to offer you an unforgettable stay, between well-being and conviviality. The space A spacious cocoon in the heart of nature: On the ground floor (Kitchen – Dining room – Living room and Spa) The large fully equipped living room with a modern kitchen. The XXL table that can accommodate up to 14 people, attached to the living room where you will find a large wall TV and a pellet stove for your evenings. A heat pump is also in place to ensure great comfort. This space offers unobstructed views of the surrounding nature and modern comforts. Le Vrai plus? A private indoor hot tub for moments of relaxation in any season. Rooms: There are 6, all equipped with a bathroom (shower and sink) as well as a double bed 160x200, dresser, nightstands and neat decoration. - On the ground floor: 1 bedroom accessible PMR as well as a separate WC, PMR as well. - On the 1st floor: 4 bedrooms with mountain views and a separate toilet. - On the top floor: an attic bedroom and a separate toilet. Games room and second living room on the last level where you will find a superb pool table as well as 2 sofa bed (125x188 and 102x178) The Gîte is also equipped with a laundry area, washer and dryer. Outside: A large courtyard that can easily accommodate all your vehicles and a charging station for your electric vehicles is in place (terms to be defined) 3 garden tables are at your disposal as well as a large barbecue. Other things TO note: For your comfort, sheets and towels can be provided as an option: €20 per double bed. Your furry furry friends are welcome on request (€50 per pet, up to 2). An EV charger is available at the cottage. Refills are charged extra. The hot tub is available for free and is not an essential service of the cottage. In the event of breakdown, temporary unavailability or inability to use for technical, climatic or maintenance reasons, no compensation, refund or reduction may be required. The building includes two completely independent cottages with no common space or shared equipment.
