Welcome to our stylish and comfortable property, perfect for a relaxing stay. This renovated 2 bedroom air-conditioned classic offers quality beds , new bathroom and 2 toilets, a practical kitchen. Great BBQ outdoor area with a big back yard giving a homely feel. The space The stucco design has character and charm with timber floors, high and ornate ceilings as well as being renovated and well looked after make this a great place to stay. With 2 spacious bedrooms separated by the bathroom giving a bit more privacy to each bedroom is a positive. The new bathroom offers a spacious walk-in shower and good size vanity as well as 1 of 2 toilets. Both bedrooms have reverse cycle aircons, fans, wardrobes and charging stations. The main bedroom has a King Bed, which can be booked as 2 King Singles at the time of booking, and the 2nd bedroom is a Queen Bed. The lounge room has a reverse cycle aircon, fan and a 70 inch TV to enjoy. The separate dinning room with a 6 seater dining table gives that traditional dining area or a great workspace from your laptop. The kitchen is original in design but has a new gas stove, family size fridge and normal kitchen utensils with a ceiling fan. 3 steps down to the laundry you have the 2nd toilet and a washing machine and dryer which then leads out to the out door area that overlooks a nice backyard with privacy to enjoy the South East breeze or use the BBQ. There is a single garage down the side of the house allowing single car lock up or storage use. The drive way allows multiple carparking off street and there is room curbside for large vehicles as is a quiet street. Guest access We offer discounted pricing for smaller groups, so the nightly rate and available bedrooms will be dependent on how many guests are noted on your reservation request. Additional rooms can be made available on request, at a rate of $25/per room, per night. Please find the base room inclusions below; > 1-2 Guests includes access to 1 bedroom > 3-4 Guests includes access to 2 bedrooms Once you send your request we will confirm your room and bed requirements before approving the booking. Guests will have full access to the listing (kitchen, bathroom, lounge, laundry & shared access to the backyard) excluding the locked rooms (bedrooms, storage cupboards/areas). We would also like to advise that the unused bedrooms are NOT available to be booked by separate reservations, and will remain empty unless access is requested by your group. We are also able to arrange pricing on a per night basis if the number of guests or required rooms will change throughout the stay (e.g. 2 nights booked at 1 guest 1 bedroom rate, then 4 nights at a 3 guest 3 bedroom rate etc.) Please let us know if you any questions or would like further clarification. Other things to note There will be an overdue return fee charged if keys are not returned as per booking instructions. If a pet is found on-premises, a minimum of $100.00 fee will apply. Our linen is supplied and washed by a commercial laundry. Although we try to accommodate alteration requests, please be advised we do not allow "rescheduling" of the Check-in date by a difference of more than 14 days. Extras included: - The beds in our listing are made up with fresh quality commercial linen, including 1x bath towel per guest booked on the bed. - We stock our bathrooms with Fresh Commercial linen which includes a Hand Towel, Bathmat and Facewasher in each bathroom + 2x Soap bars and 2x Travel-sized Shampoo and Conditioner bottles. - Our Kitchen is equipped with basic Cookware, Kitchen Utensils, Cutlery, & Crockery for meal prep - We also provide a small supply of complimentary items such as tea, coffee, sugar, Milk, etc. - We supply 2x Laundry detergent sachets, 2x Toilet paper Rolls and soap to help you settle in for your first few days - The listing is connected to NBN Internet with Complimentary Wi-Fi for guests free of charge - We also ask guests to clean up and dispose of any pet waste during their stay. A $50 fee applies if pet waste is not picked up and disposed of properly. - To help us maintain the quality and condition of our beautiful timber floors, we kindly ask that guests refrain from wearing high heels, cleats, or any spiked footwear inside the property and please avoid dragging heavy furniture or luggage across the floor, lift items instead where possible.  We also ask if you can Wipe up any spills immediately to prevent staining or damage to the timber.
