Beautiful and Unique Cottage/Greenhouse Living

This is a unique getaway where you can relax or dine in the Greenhouse as you listen to the trickling pond near by . This is Cottage/Greenhouse living at its finest. The 2nd bdrm 3/4 bath & laundry is connected to the hosts home. This space is beautifully finished and decorated and has an amazing outdoor space including a hot tub, grill and fire pit. PLEASE NOTE that the three-quarter bath is located approximately 15 steps from the cottage/ greenhouse through the yard to the addition. The space Pets are not allowed due to other guests that may suffer from allergies. Smoking outside only please. The side porch can be used to smoke if it’s raining outside. Guest access You have full access to the Greenhouse and Cottage for dining and sleeping. The Cottage has a full/queen sized sofa bed /couch, TV, small refrigerator, Keurig, and another queen-sized bed. The Greenhouse has a microwave, toaster, paper products, grilling items along with regular plates, coffee, mugs, and spices. It also includes an amazingly comfortable chair and a half where you relax and read. Tea, coffee, hot cocoa, cream and sugar is provided along with complementary snacks. The living room/extra sleeping area is connected to the host's home, however, it is a separate entity in itself with a laundry room and 3/4 bathroom. Please note that the restroom is only 15 steps away from the Greenhouse and Cottage through the yard. There are items available if you forgot something but please do not take items you don't need, please leave them for the next guests. Parking is only permitted in the driveway between the two gray garages. Please do not park across the street from the front of the hosts home. Other things to note Special request for full weekdays may be possible. Please send a message for full details. The Cottage has a queen size bed and a sofa that pulls out into a full/queen bed. Memory foam and pillow top toppers are available for your comfort along with extra comforters and pillows The 2nd bedroom is the living room attached to the main house. We have a deluxe queen size airbed and down alternative topper on an accordion type base that folds out making a very comfortable night's sleep. All bedding is included. The couch is also an option for a single sleeper. Please use the extra sheets. ** PLEASE NOTE: The Greenhouse has no air conditioning. It has an industrial fan that keeps the air moving. It comes on automatically as long as the light switch is on. If you open the patio door and use the screen door along with opening some windows, it is tolerable during sunny days. The best time during the summer to use this area is mornings and when the sun goes down. There are two outdoor tables available. One is a picnic table under the trees by the garage and the other is on the patio. It is equipped with an umbrella. Please see the hot tub rules listed near the hot tub. Please do not lay or sit on top of the hot tub cover. It will break. We will leave some paper products, dishes wine, glasses, wine, bottle, opener, utensils, coffee mugs, Food wrap, and many other items in the cabinets for you to use. You will also be able to access extra drinking water from the cold water cooler the main part of the house. Hot water for cleaning dishes can be used from the bathroom or we also have an outdoor sink to easily hook up to the hose to wash anything large.. We provide two basins for hot washing and clean water rinsing of your items. A gas grill and utensils are provided for your use. Please empty the grease pan so there isn't a grill fire. We are also willing to offer the use of our air fryer and icemaker by request. We are also leaving a binder with instructions on how to operate the heating and air conditioning unit, propane heater in the greenhouse, hot tub, and propane fire pit . Any other questions needing answers can be done through texting/calling or we can come help if you need it. Extra charges will be incurred for any damage or missing items. If your party becomes larger after booking please message us for approval and will require extra charges per person.
